Manifesting From the Ego vs Manifesting From a Conscious Place Manifesting from an egoic mindset can be very difficult and almost impossible. The ego gets fixated on specific ideas and outcomes and this is not to say you can’t manifest specific things — you can — but when you feel a strong desire to manifest a specific job or a specific person, usually this is coming from the ego. The ego is very limited. When we allow for conscious manifestation, we open up to all possibilities, not just one. We open up to what is for our highest and greatest good. Conscious manifestation is simply co-creating with the universe. It means that we are working in tandem with the universe to create the life that we desire. Sometimes our ego can decide something for us, and it doesn't necessarily mean that it's right for us. If you manifest something into your reality based on your egoic thinking and it doesn't give you the satisfaction you need, that's because it wasn't for your highest and greatest good. Often times we think we want something but the universe has a better plan for us and if we were to surrender and trust, we’d draw that better experience to us. Manifesting from a conscious place simply means being present. Manifesting Our Desires Isn't Entirely Up to Us When it comes to co-creation, we forget it isn’t up to us and that the universe plays a role in this. There’s often a reluctance to want to let go. From the moment we set our intentions, we feel we must put in all the work and all the effort. The process of manifestation is going to be of the most benefit to you when you allow yourself to co-create with the universe by working on your state of consciousness. You do this by embodying what it is you want to attract. So if you want to attract abundance, do you feel abundant? Are your thoughts and feelings aligned with abundance, or are your thoughts aligned with lack? If you want to attract a specific person, can you feel how it’d feel like when you have them in a warm, passionate embrace? Conscious manifestation is getting our emotions and thoughts aligned with what we want to create, letting go, and trusting that the universe has it handled. It’s allowing the universe to figure out the “when” and the “how.” When it will happen, and how it will happen isn't yours to figure out. It's for the universe to sort. This doesn't mean you won't be called to take inspired action. You will, intuitively. When we are conscious and present in our day-to-day experiences, that’s how we receive the call to take action. We can’t hear that intuitive guidance to take inspired action if we are not present. Conscious manifestation is getting our emotions and thoughts aligned with what we want to create, letting go, and trusting that the universe has it handled. Understand Your Role and the Universe’s Role Many of us sometimes feel we must set specific intentions and there’s nothing wrong with that, but you have to understand where that's coming from. Is it coming from the ego? That method of manifesting becomes a problem when we try to force and be on top of things all the time. When you try to force things, you’re in your head and when you're in your head all the time, you're not present, and when you're not present you're missing out on opportunities for spirit to reveal certain things to you. Co-creation is understanding what your role is and understanding what the universe’s role is and learning to work together in perfect harmony. We must be congruent with the universe in co-creation. Being congruent with the universe means doing your part and handing it over to the universe to do its part. It's not always easy to trust that when you hand it over and let go, it will be taken care of. It's not always easy to surrender, but that's where the real test lies. The universe wants to know you can surrender and trust. If you can surrender and trust, then the universe will, in turn, trust you with the thing you asked for. Try it out. Try it out for a day or 21. Set your intentions, get into the emotional state, align your thoughts with your desires and just live your life. Be present. Whatever it is you're doing, be there fully. If you're with your friends, be there fully. If you are in your living room writing, be there fully. Don’t worry about how the views and the money is going to come. Being completely present in whatever you're doing is what's going to draw in the money. Being in the present moment aligns you with the divine. It aligns you with the spirit of higher consciousness. As we begin to raise our level of consciousness, we distance ourselves from our thoughts and we are no longer in the limited scope of the ego. This opens us up to a new world of endless possibilities. Your mind is always going to tell you its 10x harder than it actually is Watch How Things Come Into Your Experience The practical mind will not understand this. It’ll say, “I’m setting an intention to create money so I must constantly focus on money.” No. You don't need to constantly focus on money to attract money. If your vibration is in lack and you're constantly focusing on money because you're trying to create it, then you're telling the universe that you don't have it and by the law of attraction, you're drawing more of that to you. You draw in more lack. Want Something Too Much and You Push It Away The universe sometimes takes too long There’s a process to creating, and it doesn't require as much effort as the mind thinks it does. It just requires you to be present. And remember that the mind is always going to tell you it’s 10x harder than it actually is, so don't listen to the fearful mind. Listen to your heart, and what it tells you to do. Get in control of your thought process. Get in control of your emotional state. Surrender to the present state and watch how things start coming into your experience.
